Westinghouse WL-417 reflex klystron of WWII origin. This valve measures 125mm high by 100mm across the widest part (tuning spring to an output port). The tuning consists of compression of the central metal section - in fact the valve bends visibly in the middle when adjusted.

There are two metal to glass seals, the lower section is glass, the middle metal, and the upper glass again.

WL-417
The valve has three tuning screws and two output ports. Here is the top view. The screws are used to set the main frequency, and the lever (shown to the right of the picture) is attached to a fine tuning control.
View of the output ports.
Fine tuning lever.
Thanks to Danial Stocks for information about this valve.
