Varian VA-222F reflex klystron, 5.9 to 6.2 GHz. Mechanically tuned. Designed for CW operation, heater is 6.3V/0.8A, beam voltage is 750V max. Max cathode current is 80mA Max. power output 1.1W. Collector voltage is 1000 max. It has an electronic tuning range of 37MHz. VA-222F Klystron
