The tube measures 615x90mm overall; the guns are 35mm wide. The centre section is 90mm by approx. 100mm.

The centre section consists of a central screen, which is scanned by the beam from either gun. The screen has a glass-to-metal seal on each side and a metal ring. On one side is an EHT conector. On the other are two further glass-to-metal seals around two electrodes.
