Philips QC05/15 transmitting tetrode.

QC01/15 size The valve measures 160x50mm, including the top connector, but not including the side connector which is 22mm.

 

This valve has a 4-pin base, a side connector and a top connector. The side conector is to G1, the top to the anode. Filament and G2 connections are in the base. As can be seen from the main picture, the anode is supported by glass rods connected to wires attached to the metal skirt (itself connected to G2)

4V/1.1A filament, Va 400 to 500V, Vg2 75 to 125V, 15W max output.

QC01/15 anode support The anode is held in place by support wires connected to glass rods at each side.
QC01/15 G1 connector The base.The side connector connects to G1; G2 is connected to the metal ring at the top of the picture.
