Midget direct heat triode from around 1935 aimed for use in battery powered receivers.The only markings on this direct-heat triode are JE622. It has a 4-pin base, one of which is enlarged. There are different types with filament voltages ranging from 0.65 to 2V - as there are no markings I do not know which type this is.
