DET1 transmitting / modulating triode

Size This valve measures 185x80mm overall.

This is a transmitting and modulating triode with a thoriated tungsten dull-emitter filament and a nickel anode. It is suitable as a self-oscillator on long wavelengths and can be used as a power amplifier or modulator.

Filament voltage 6V
Filament current 1.9A
Max anode voltage 1kV
Max continuous anode dissipation 35W
Average anode current 35mA
Amplification factor * 11
Anode impedance * 6500 ohms
Mutual conductance * 1.7mA/V
Max input on telegraphic load 1kV, 80mA

*: At Va=500, Vg=0.

The base is a special 4-pin and the electrodes are marked above the pins.
