CX1140 hydrogen thyratron (tetrode), featuring low jitter and low anode delay time drift. It measures 317mm high by 85mm wide. This device is rated at 25kV/1000A max. and has a 6.3V/22A heater. Peak anode current is raised to 2000A for pulsed operation, and up to 15kA for single shot and crowbar operation. Of note, the datasheet warns of x-rays given off from the anode region.
