CV289 ATR cell

Size This cell measures 50x28mm overall.

This is an X-band ATR cell. It is constructed as a resonant box with a glass window, with a gas reservoir behind. The gas mixture is 50% water vapour and an 80/20 mix of argon and helium at a pressure of 20mm of mercury.
