Brimar 5965 double triode

This valve measures 62x24mm overall and has 10 solder tags for the base, one of which conects to the shell.

The data sheet for the 5965 indicates it to be a glass double triode. The only identification on this valve is 5965 but clearly it is either a modification or a different valve. The shell does contain a double triode (see picture below) but it is wire-ended, unlike the 5965.
