Tiny GE 7486 planar triode, measuring 12x12mm (the penny is 20mm across). This is an oscillator/amplifier variant of the 7077, capable of 300mW output at 450MHz.

Markings are 67-48 and 68-13.

Heater connections are the buttons at the bottom, grid is the ring and anode the plate at the top.
