AWV 6AR7GT duo diode pentode (variable µ pentode).

6AR7GT size The valve measures 95x30mm overall.

This 'Super RADIOTRON' valve was made by the Amalgamated Wireless Valve Co. Pty. Ltd. of Australia and dates from around 1953. A typical use was as a second detector. The shield around the valve is made of lead.
